
How do I return an item? TAYA JEWELLERY & ACCESSORIES INC'S ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Taya Jewellery &Accessories Inc's online purchases may be returned within 15 days of receipt of order. Please contact customer service by email at info@taya.ca or by phone at 519-664-0001 for specific return instructions and a Return Authorization number. A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item once the return is received and inspected by us. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment that they used to make the purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging in brand new condition with any and all tags still attached. Shipping costs to return the item are to be incurred by the customer. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO RETURNING THE ITEM TO US.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS To return a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service by email at info@taya.ca or by phone at 519-664-0001 for specific return instructions and a Return Authorization number. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
